SUMMARY

For the past nineteen years I have negotiated and written contracts, leased, sold, managed, and appraised properties. This includes coordinating escrows, reviewing title reports, working with appraisers, consulting environmental hazard specialists, conferring with attorneys, and preparing legal documents. In addition, I work directly with relocation companies to help situate families into new homes due to job transfers. I have recruited, hired, and trained sales personnel, as well as conducted seminars. Finally, for the past four years I have worked with a builder/developer in acquiring lots and houses, communicating with city personnel in zoning, planning, and inspection for the purpose of project completion. I have listed and sold hundreds of homes in the past 18 years in the Pasadena area, La Canada, San Marino, Glendale, Burbank, La Crescenta, South Pasadena, Arcadia, and Altadena. Real Estate has been my life for so long that I can hardly remember doing anything else. I am truly hard working, and honest; thank you for reading my resume.
